I saw a bottle of black salt flakes today. I was really intrigued by the idea of black salt. Upon closer inspection, carbon/charcoal is the ingredient for the blackness. I was very much amused when I read it. Here are two examples of the black salt:
read: “Black Cyprus Sea Salt Flakes are White Cyprus Sea Salt Flakes with activated charcoal added for a dramatic appearance and softer flavor”
read: “The ingredients say 100% natural salt and activated charcoal powder. “
Have you bought black (charcoal) salt and do you like it?
For those who has not, do you think you will buy it?
