Bizou - Green Bean Tempura

For years, Bizou had a signature appetizer, deep fried battered green beans. Then the small deep fryer that fit in a special corner of the kitchen broke and you couldn't get the green beans anymore.

As part of Bizou's recent 10-yr. remodel, they had a deep fryer custom made to fit the special kitchen nook, and you can once more get these deep fried green beans. They have a very light a fluffy coating, and are served with salt and a romesco sauce.
