Just had a very tasty, enjoyable dinner there last night. I know it's recently received some negative comments on this board, but my husband and I were instead happily surprised by the food, the cozy setting (it was our first time there) & the very charming, gracious service. We had a simple meal.
Started w/ the $ salad, which was fine, nothing special. I had a delicious roasted sea bass on a bed of mashed potatoes, mixed w/ a variety of vegetables. I'm very particular about my fish & found this cooked perfectly. My husband had a very savory osso bucco which came w/ an earthy, tasty mushroom risotto. (Both dishes were specials). We brought our own excellent cabernet. The servings were large & we enjoyed left-overs for lunch today. We found it overall to be a very reasonable, delightful neighborhood restaurant. We'll be back.
