My grandmother used to make this amazing frozen Raspberry Swirl with a slightly salty Bisquick crust and sadly, the recipe was lost. While I've found an almost identical recipe for the frozen part, I can't find anything identical to the crust.
It's not like a pie crust, it's thicker and more crumbly.
My mother says it only had Bisquick, Butter and a little Sugar. I'm going to pick up a box of bisquick this week and experiment, but I'm wondering if anyone has ever come across a crust like this?
