I am fairly new to the cooking game - just really got into trying new stuff about a year ago. I LOVE biscuits in sausage gravy, and my biscuits are pretty good. But I've never made gravy before. How does one make a good white sausage gravy? One cannot buy good biscuits & gravy here in NY, at least no where near where I live, and this is possibly my favorite breakfast ever, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
