Hey Seattle Chowhounds, now you can get bread exactly like the bread served in Paris. The Biofournil Bakery on fourth Street in Belltown has the goods. (They also provide bagette bread to Salumi.) The bread is all organic. (If they made this stuff with asbestos I wouldn't care. Not when bread tastes like this.) Want a simple, absolutely perfect meal? Go to Salumi and get a container of Oxtail sauce to go. Then the bagette from Biofournil. Boil your pasta, toss with the Salumi sauce and serve with the bagette. Keep a straight face and tell your friends it's all homemade.
