I'll be cooking for the crew that knocks down the Downtown Austin Art Festival. There should be about 100 tired, hungry mouths to feed. I was going to cook whole hog(s) for tacos, but some of the ladies thought that was "yucky."
I'm now considering a fish fry, paella (one of my favorites to cook), a crawfish boil or a mess of tri-tip sirloins. I know some of you fellow Texans will have better ideas, so please give suggestions. Facilities won't be a problem; I like to cook big in strange places.
