I am looking for a good Bichermuesli recipe. I just came back from Switzerland and I had Bichermuesli every morning at the hotel. It was delicious.
I should have asked the recipe at the hotel, but it didn't occur to me.
I did buy a nice package of muesli at a nice grocery store but it didn't come with directions.
I browsed the web and found different recipes using milk, yogurt, evaporated milk, heavy cream, whipped cream, condensed milk, etc.
I was hoping that some chowhound will have a succesful recipe for me. The one I had at the hotel was not sour at all, but wasn't too sweet either (maybe a combination of yogurt and half-and-half?).
