Has anyone ever cooked with one of these?
what do they look like? taste like? are they edible, or can you only use the peel? can you flavor cakes with them? how do you get the oil out?
any handy tips or stories would be nice to get a little more familiarized with this fruit. I love the smell of earl grey tea and would like to impart that flavor and smell into other food items. Anyone ever tried?
