While cooking yesterday afternoon, I was half watching the Food Network and recall seeing one of the hosts piping a mascarpone and other cheese mixture onto rose colored Belgian endive leaves as an appetizer. He was touring someone elses place and I didn't catch what the mixture was. It looked great and I thought it would be a nice change for my better half's low carb diet. I've got the mascarpone but have no idea what the other ingredients might have been. Any suggestions out there? Many thanks for your help.
