Beer Can Chicken tip

I have been on a cooking with beer binge lately. I fixed Beer can chicken this last weekend and it turned out great. One of the things that I recently figured out is that if you want a really juicy bird you need to plug up the neck hole at the top of the chicken. A quarter wedge of lemon works great for that. All that steaming beer will have nowhere to go but inside the chicken. I am attaching a photo of where to put the wedge.
