I found a box of onion/dill beer bread mix in the back of my cupboard today. So, since I'm having company for lunch, decided to fix it.
Mix flour pkg with 1 can of beer quickly. Cook at 375 for 1 hr. followed directions carefully and it turned out awful. It's resting in the garbage as we speak.
Could the flour mix go bad after a lengthly stay in the cupboard?
