This is really the name of the place. Some folks have opened a restaurant on the far east side of town (6006 East Livingston Ave.) that's serving Chicago-style Italian beef, polish sausage, and--Saturdays only--genuine chitlins.
I don't hail from any region where the aforementioned foods are native delicacies, but the Best Beef House seems to serve up some pretty fine grub. The food was hot, fresh, and good. Plus, they have above-average, pleasantly spicy barbeque sauce slathered on, among other things, enormous whole chicken wings. It's not exactly a soul food restaurant, but the food's good enough that no one should care.
