I cooked cannelinni beans for about 2 hours last night after doing the quick soak method (cover with 2 inches of water, bring to boil let sit for 1.5 hours)and they aren't fully soft - some are some aren't. Did I do something wrong? I am going to puree them for a soup - will they be OK?
