After years of wanting one, I got a bean pot for Christmas this year. One of those beautiful brown and cream ones with two handles and no "Boston Baked Beans" nonsense printed on it. I'm thrilled and can't wait to try out my mom's baked beans recipe in it... But I can only eat baked beans so often. So I was wondering if anyone had any other long cooking bean (or other ingredient) recipe that would be appropriate to make in this. Thanks!
