On the beach... in December!

rikk | Dec 13, 201508:55 PM     30

With the fantastic weather we had this past weekend, couldn't pass up going down to the beach and trying to find somewhere to have lunch on the water. Went to Long Branch, tried to see if anything in Pier Village had tables outside. Avenue had a coffee table and 2 chairs, but they weren't serving food. Nobody else! So took a drive down to Asbury. Many more people wandering along the boardwalk. Tables were out at a few restaurants.... ended up eating at Langosta Lounge. The sun was shining, the sky was blue, the weather was warm - can't beat that, especially in December!

Would have preferred to eat at Avenue at Pier Village, but Langosta was perfectly fine. But why not outside tables at Pier Village???
