Best BBQ in Westchester/Fairfield/Rockland?

So there is a thread in the NYC forum on the best BBQ in NYC. Let's start one for the northern NYC burbs.

I frequent two in my area: Pik Nik BBQ in Tarrytown and Revenge BBQ in Irvington. Does anyone know of any others worth trying? Talking true BBQ restaurants with pits.

So my report on Pik Nik is pretty good, but as is the case with many of these BBQ places, not good with every type of food. Pik Nik's brisket is average at best, and quite overly fatty ... but their St. Louis pork ribs are usually outstanding. Their smoked chicken (served whole) is also very good. Definitely worth a visit.

On Revenge, other than being closed Mon-Wed ... it's a pretty good place. His brisket is the best in Westchester that I've tried. And his beef ribs are also very good to excellent (although once in about five tries they were too fatty). Be aware, they are very expensive. Tried his pork ribs - they are good but not as good as Pik Nik. And his smoked turkey (served sliced) is really good.

I've tried Dinosaur in Stamford - it was just ok.

Has anyone else found any BBQ places locally that are worth trying and what did you think?
