Inside Scoop today reported that there is a new chef at Fork. I'm glad I was able to try Charles Solomon's cooking and am so disapointed that I won't be able to try his spring and summer menus.

The fate of Watergate (Sparrow) and Watercress (Senses) is discussed. Senses has a chef from France planning to make lobster cassoulet. This sounded really good in theory, but thinking about it, maybe lobster isn't right for cassoulet. Sounds interesting though.
