I stumbled on a place called Urban BBQ, on Chapman Ave catercorner from Syms. It's been open 5 weeks. The owners seem dedicated, and understand BBQ. The pork was nice and moist, and the pulled pork was in nice big chunks which I like, not chopped into little bits. Pork rib also moist. Beef brisket not as good yet. They are working on beef ribs--hope to have them on menu shortly. Overall, worth a detour if you're in the BBQ mood.
