BBQ in Fayetteville NC

bowserd | Jul 2, 200904:40 PM

There was a blog back in 2007 that said there are no good BBQ establishment in Fayetteville, NC. This is not true at all. I recommend Fullers Old Fashion BBQ located on Eastern Blvd/95 Business (take ext 56 off of interstate 95) and Pattersons BBQ located on Person St. They both have excellent and very favorable Eastern style BBQ. They both serve an array of different southern foods (cole slaw, beans, collard greens, fish, chicken, etc.) If you perfer a franchise type establishment you will enjoy Smokey Bone located on Skibo Rd (next to Cross Creek Mall). Another city favorite is Sandpipers Seafood and BBQ located on Eastern Blvd. Both Fullers and Sandpipers are Southern Buffet style establishment and are busy on the weekend, especially sundays.

Come to Fayetteville and enjoy!
