Bay to Breakers Brunch

AnnKnepper | May 7, 200808:13 PM

Ideas for brunch places after Bay to Breakers? The ideal place for my group is:
o open at or by 10:30am
o has western-style brunch--alas, dim sum won't do for the others
o in the very outer Sunset. We plan on getting the T-shirts in advance, so theissue is distance from the end of the race rather than from Kezar. It would be easier if the place is, say, Noriega and 46th, than if it is Irving and 9th.
o pleasant atmosphere is more important than food to at least one person--how odd.

We've done PJ's a couple of years, but it doesn't open till 11, and is in the 9th avenue bunch. We may end up in the 9th avenue area, but ideas?
