Had a good meal at Baru Saturday night. We got a table outside and enjoyed the weather. There were four of us, and we each got a small plate to share for apps. We got empanadas, flank steak and chicken with chimichurri, ceviche, and one of the corn dishes. The corn dish was amazing: grilled corn, coconut, fried pieces of yucca or plantain, sauce, etc. The ceviche was good. The empanadas and flank steak were nothing special but definitely not bad.
For entrees, we got the pork shoulder special, whole fried snapper, jerk chicken, and the tuna. All were really good.
Bottom line - I'm definitely going back.
