Great dinner last night at Barbuto. The salad was sparse and mediocre, but the pork chop more than made up for it! The chop was very juicy and flavorful with plenty of lean meat edged with a crisp layer of fat. It was covered in a simple but delicious blend of yellow plums (although it could have been apricots), peppers, and mint. I don't know how my dinner companions meals were, because no one would share... The service was friendly, albeit slightly absent-minded.
