How do I make Banana-Peanut Butter sorbet/fro yo?

Someone posted a mention of a banana/banana pb fro yo recipe a while back, but I couldn't find one with the control-f search. I've got over 2 dozen blackened bananas in the freezer (don't ask), and I've got plans to make three loaves of banana bread this weekend (a taste test comparison of recipes mentioned on this board recently), but was thinking it might be delicious to try some banana fro yo/sorbet with peanut butter. I don't want to make an ice cream if I don't have to -- I'm open to using buttermilk or yogurt, too. I would like this to be as "healthy" but tasty as possible. I wasn't sure how to incorporate the peanut butter. I use only peanuts-and-salt peanut butter, if this makes a difference. Do you glob it in? Heat it up and stir into the base? Blend it with the bananas? I'm intrigued by the roasting banana methods that were used to great effect in the banana breads mentioned. I might try roasting a few for the fro yo/sorbet, too. I just need a good place to start! Thanks so much.
