Bamix hand blender - which one?

ElsieB | Jun 4, 201511:39 AM     3

I am leaning toward the gastro pro model as it has more rpm capacity (10,000-14000), but wonder if the longer stem makes it more awkward to use? Also, I see they have a delux M150 which has lower rpms but is the same price as the pro - why the same price when one is more powerful - what am I missing?
I see William Sonoma has one on sale for $179 (it's usually 199) but they do not give any model information (other than it has the 10-14,000 rpms). Is WS like many other big corps that have things manufactured specifically for them - and sometimes not the same level of quality?
Any suggestions or opinions appreciated.
