Bamboo Sushi AYCA Northvale NJ

michele cindy | Feb 19, 201206:26 PM     7

I've been to a lot of AYCE sushi places, and this is one of the best I've been to yet. They just opened 1 week ago. It's $25.00 on the weekend and $20.00 during the week. You can order cooked dishes off of the menu as well as the sushi. They even offer sashimi on the AYCE. Everything I ordered, salmon, tuna, mackerel, we very fresh with a good firmness you look for, not the mushy stuff I've encountered at other AYCE places. The eel was especially good, they crisp the edges which gave it a nice bbq finish. One other good point, it's BYOB which is a nice savings. It's located in the same strip mall as Apple Bees and Starbucks on RT 303 aka Livingston St. in Northvale. The staff were also great as well. If you plan to go there is a 15% off coupon in the Our Town, and a few other local publications. I wish these guys well!
