I Tried Ball Sq Cafe...

And I'm going to stick with Soundbites. After reading such positive reviews I'm sad to say that I was really underwhelmed this morning.

I will say that in the renovation they somehow managed to make the space larger and it is a very comfortable space. Self-serve coffee as before, as well as other bevs.

Sweet Pepper and Corned Beef Hash with two scrambled eggs and a whole wheat english muffin ($7.95). Things looked good on the plate, a very generous serving, fluffy scrambled eggs and the hash had a nice outer crust from the grill. One bite and I was sad. The hash had the texture of canned meat that had been put through a blender. While I could see the red peppers I could not taste them. Way, way, way too salty.

Service was friendly and attentive, but I could eat no more than one bite of the hash and am finishing a bowl of cereal as I write this...
