WHAT: The PlumpJack Foundation and president Hiliary Newsom are proud to introduce the first annual Balboa Block Party to take place on Saturday, November 9, 2019, with the goal of raising money to end childhood poverty in Northern California. Enjoy food, drinks, live music, fundraising and more with day-long festivities taking place between Balboa Cafe and PlumpJack Wine and Spirits in Cow Hollow. This is a family-friendly event with activities for kids too.
Friends and neighbors are asked to bring non-perishable food and a warm coat to benefit the children and families of the Holy Family Day Home, an organization that allows Bay Area children and families the opportunity to cultivate skills to maintain stable, healthy lives, realize their potential, and better contribute to their community.

MORE: PlumpJackSport will be offering 10% off apparel at their Winter Warm-Up Pop-Up for every gently used coat donated.
Tickets will be sold for a “Split-the-Pot Raffle” available all day at the Block Party and all evening at the After Party at White Rabbit.. One lucky winner will be announced on Monday, November 11, 2019 and will take home half of funds raised funds - the other half will be donated to the PlumpJack Foundation. Drink sponsors include Fort Point Beer, Tito’s Vodka, and Bulleit premium beverages (21 and up).
In addition, street food on the grill will be available from Balboa Cafe Chef Goran Basarov, such as Peruvian Steak & Shrimp Skewers with Chimichurri, Ceviche, and Grilled Corn.
Starting at 6pm, the party and the fundraising continues across the street at White Rabbit starting at 6:00pm to close.
