Baking ingredients in large quantities

I am just wondering where in Los Angeles can I get commercial size quantities of flour, sugar, etc. for baking in large quantities. I wasn't sure if Smart and Final or Costo were the best places to go. Also, does anyone know where to get those precracked seperated eggs that the bakeries use?
