Baking Classes / Cake Decorating?

Ali G | May 26, 200604:36 PM     4

The little woman has decided she loves to bake and has been making everything from cookies to cakes to pies from scratch. Her brithday is coming up and I thought it would be nice to send her to a class on baking or perhaps a cake decorating class.

I know some classes are offered through some towns...I looked at Newton and Waltham, but I wasn't sure how good they actually are. Anyone have any experience with these? I'm not looking to send her for a degree, just a class or two where she can build some more skills. Thanks.
