Best Bakery in the Hudson Valley?

Having had bread in Montreal, we had concluded (something like Jim Leff, in his article and posts--see Montreal board),that there was nothing anywhere near as good to be had hereabouts. And yes, we've had Bread Alone (way too grainy health foody for our tastes), bread from Pandemain/Rhinebeck (rather bood but not Montreal, and not enough salt), bread from Cafe Pongo/Tivoli (similar), not to mention bread from Arthur Avenue/Bronx (very good Italian with sesame, but still way different from Montreal!!!). . .

But then we tried the bread from the bakery in Chatham, on Main Street, sorry, the name escapes me. But anyway, what yummy French bread--just like Montreal to us (and it freezes well too), nice Fontina (the one with onions and mushrooms) and a chocolate bread that is just unbelievable! They also have a booth at the Rhinebeck Farmer's Market on Sundays (toward the back). (Be careful, I think there are 1 or 2 other bakery stands at the Farmer's Market as well, inc Cafe Pongo)
