This is a great squash recipe more than just a vegetable side dish a great vegetarian dinner.
1/2 squash and bake at 350 cut side down on a greased pan until tender
remove flesh leaving about 1/4" thickness to hollowed out shells
mix flesh with 1 cup Feta cheese, 1 egg, pinch cayenne, 1 red pepper diced and salt and pepper to taste
Fill squash halves and bake at 350 for 30 minutes
