Baked ball of cheese in bread??

I bake a lot of bread and last night while I was making my no-knead Dutch oven loaf my BF asked if there was any way to bake a hefty ball of cheese in the center of the bread so when you cut into it the cheese would ooze out like lava? Or a big ball of meat, such as ground turkey/beef. I've never dont this but I'm interested if it's possible? I was thinking the cheese would ooze out before cutting it and the meat would make it crazy soggy. Does anyone know if it's possible and could tell me how, or direct me to a site, because I've looked and cant find one lol. Thank you in advance. :)
