Well, it's 100 degrees here, and I am attending a little potluck lunch deal on Monday. I said I'd bring a dessert type item. SO, I need some help figuring out what to bring. Here are the criteria:
1) I don't want to turn on the oven if I don't have to. In other words, I don't want to bake anything.
2) This is going to be an outdoor thing, possibly on a boat, so it needs to be easy to eat with the fingers.
3) The heat--I can't really take anything that is going to melt or die because of the weather.
4) I'd like to make something that is pretty easy, since I already anticipate begin hot and tired on Sunday when I'm making it!
