Bad food in Mexico City?

ggom1 | Dec 10, 201411:58 AM     7

I'm going to Mexico City for the first time this Sunday and staying for about a week. Looking through the threads, it seems like good food is pretty much everywhere (it's a bit overwhelming trying to process all the info!). So I thought I'd try a different approach and was wondering if there are any particular places which I should avoid? I'm thinking of places which are popular but actually have poor food or are poor value? Or places which are good, but not "wait in line for an hour" good? I'll be staying in Condesa, so I'd be especially interested in that area.
