Just wanted to drop a line to send props to Baccus on Atlantic.

Had dinner for 2 there last night (10pm Friday) and the place was hopping.

A salad for 2 that was overly large for it's $4 price (though VERY simple in that it was really just a pile of greens wih a trace of chopped tomato). Perfectly dressed as always.

Entrees were the veal stew and the roast lamb. Her veal stew seemed fine to her but my lamb was possibly the best (or second best) possible cut and preparation of lamb I've ever had. Especially for the price.

Also a lovely bottle of wine that I can't recall.

That's it. Simple meal, well priced, perfectly prepared.
