I ate at Bacar a few weeks ago and simply forgot to post. I attended an event there, and we were given a choice of meat, fish or vegetarian, so I can't speak to the whole menu. I sat at a table of six and, in spite of the fact we were business associates and barely acquainted, everyone was sufficiently enthusiastic about what they were eating that we were passing around bites of this and that the way you would at a family reunion. Every morsel was exquisite, from the appetizers that were passed during cocktails (a cube of raw ahi skewered with a subdued-but-flavorful cippolini is still in the fore of my memory weeks later) through dessert.

Hats off to Arnold and check it out if you haven't already.
