Baby Back ribs staying "fresh"

I like to get my baby back ribs at the italian butcher across the street from my apartment. I am planning on preparing them with my own dry rub recipe for a July 4th BBQ. But, the butcher is not open on Sunday and I will be out all day Saturday. If I purchase them on Friday evening and prepare them in the rub and wrap them tight in plastic wrap, will they still be okay on Monday ofr BBQing? Thanks!
