I posted recently about sitting at the bar, but, as luck would have it, my wife and I were able to get a reservation for this Sunday. So that leaves us with the question of what to order. I know that this subject/question has been asked and answered many times in the past, but we're going for our anniversary and would really appreciate some help here. Since we've never been to Babbo before, we want to order a broad range of dishes, but don't want to overdo it. This is what I had in mind so far:
2 Apps: Warm Lamb's Tongue Vinagrette and the other TBD.
4 Pastas (instead of any main entree): Mint Love Letters, Beef Cheek Ravioli, Pappardelle Bolognese, Pumpkin Lune
2 Desserts: Warm Blueberry Crostata and Chocolate Hazelbut cake
We will definitely be bring hearty appetites, but don't want to leave the restaurant busting at the seams.
Any input on the above, good or bad, would be much appreciated.
