I will be making my first and probably only visit to Babbo next week for my birthday. Sadly, I will be accompanied by a date who doesn't want to do the pasta tasting menu. That said, I have read the previous posts on this board and feel that I must concentrate on their pasta. Is it too much food to order two a la carte pasta dishes, perhaps the mint love letters and beef cheek ravioli, as well as appetizer/desert? If so, should I skip desert and focus on the pasta? And are those two pasta choices a good idea? Any help will be appreciated.
