Driving to Florida and back from NY, I was struck by all of the AYCE buffet style restaurants. There were so many! It made me wonder, where does all the food come from? How do they keep prices so low? The Asian style restaurants all had the same dishes, same desserts, all the food looked and tasted the same, like they got it from one huge kitchen somewhere. From a taste standpoint, there was one standout, the Golden Coral, they had really tasty fried chicken livers.
