Things to avoid at Per Se

Had a fantastic meal at Per Se last week. Since almost everything was perfect, it's easier to note the stuff *not* to get. Here is my (very short list): the cobia (fish course) was lukewarm and virtually flavorless; veal heart (meat course) was tough; Cashel Blue (a cheese course) is only recommended for lovers of the strong-cheese-and-sweet-fruit genre (not me).

That's it, for the 5-course menu. Everything else we had (which was most of the rest of the menu) was superb. As were the wine pairings...
