My husband, 11-year old daughter, and I are traveling to Tampa for Easter weekend, and we are spending the Thursday night before in Savannah (actually just north in Port Wentworth). Does anybody have any suggestions on where to get a good breakfast before we tackle the rest of our trip? Keep in mind, we do want to keep to a schedule, so nowhere that we'll have to wait for a long time. Ideally, we'd like to be on the road by 9:30 or 10:00.
Also, we'll be spending the next Monday night in Savannah, on our way back. How about a good, reasonably priced dinner? Our daughter eats just about anything, so I'm not concerned about them having a "chicken fingers and pizza" children's menu; she always eats off the adult menu. Is Uncle Bubba's worth it?
Thanks for your suggestions.
