Rhubarb seems to be the first vegetable (fruit?) from the garden here in Maine. I've got an armload of the stuff. Went back to the old thread subject, "Is rhubarb disgusting?" and found a few recipes, e.g. Little Pie Co.'s Crunch, and Jim Dixon's roasted rhubarb.I'll make a good rhubarb sauce, of course. Has anyone tried making chutney with rhubarb? Recipe?
Anything else I should try? Thanks a lot! Pat
