Has anyone eaten at Aux Charpentiers? I'm told it's very good, and it's well located for us. My question is... how is the duck with olives served? Well done, brown and crispy roast duck? Or... is it served rare? I know... I can ask that it be served "bien cuit", but I'm wondering how it is usually served.
Another restaurant I'm wondering about is Le Coup Chou... it looks lovely. How's the food?
