Where can I find +authentic+ Japanese Tonkatsu in the L.A. area, preferable on the Westside. This is a pork cutlet, breaded in flour, egg and panko, then fried in 50% sesame oil and 50% veggie oil. Any help would be appreciated, and I'll report.
