Went to Marzano on Park Blvd. tonight and had a margherita. I have to give them credit. The crust is the closest to what one gets in Naples that I have encountered in the Bay Area. That said, there are lots of crusts in the Bay Area that I much prefer to authentic Neapolitan crust. The real stuff is very soft, without the crisp, chewy quality that characterizes Delfino's crust, which is my fave.
