Authentic Fondue: Swizz

Mrs. GG got a fondue yen and Artisanal doesn't serve it classically: gruyere, emmenthaler, kirschwasser, white wine. So we tried Swizz on 53rd. Nice place, good service. The fondue was classic and we had it with viande de grison and landjaeger. For dessert, chocolate fondue, courtesy of none other than Jacques Torres (who presumably lives nearby) with a veritable fruit basket for dipping.
