1. Where can I find "middle of the fish" in an authentic Chinese restaurant in PHilly?
2. Which place is serving "crab and pork juicy buns" that knock one's socks off? They are large versions of soup dumplings, but the ones I ate yesterday had broth that was dark,deep flavored and very special.
3. Which restaurants in Chinatown or elsewhere cater to a predominately Asian clientele, even though they may have a separate menu for others?
