Aunt Lydia's Chicken at The Starving Chef in Exeter, N.H.

My gustatory memory keeps reeling back every winter to the late 70's-early '80's when a wonderful little restaurant called "The Starving Chef" existed in downtown Exeter, NH. Of the many good dishes served there, my particular favorite was "Aunt Lydia's Chicken" which included some heavenly combination of chicken breast chunks, cruciferous veggies...especially brussel sprouts, figs, cashews? and a sort of tangy sweet sauce. As I recall, it might have been served over noodles. The restaurant changed hands once, recipes sold to the new owner, who still made this dish but it was never quite as good. Now the place seems to be long gone altogether....does anyone know of any restaurant serving this dish, or who the original chef was, or if the recipe is "out there". I would gladly travel to relive this experience!
